Terms of Service

1. Service status

LOVELIQ is an 18+ dating and community service. Features, matching logic, availability, and branding may evolve as the service improves.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use LOVELIQ. You must not create an account for another person without authorization, impersonate another person, or attempt to circumvent age or safety controls.

3. Your information

Use care when choosing what to share in your profile or messages. Do not upload or enter exact home addresses, government identifiers, financial information, medical records, intimate images, or other information you would not want stored by an online dating service.

4. Profiles and matching

You are responsible for the information you choose to put in your profile. A match, like, recommendation or compatibility signal does not represent an endorsement, identity verification, background check, safety guarantee, or promise of compatibility by LOVELIQ.

5. Messages and meetings

You decide whether to communicate or meet another user. LOVELIQ is not responsible for the conduct of users off-platform and cannot guarantee another person's identity, intentions, health status, criminal history, relationship status or representations. Use reasonable safety precautions and review the Dating Safety page.

6. Consent and boundaries

Users must respect another person's boundaries and consent. A match, like, message, date, past relationship or prior consent never implies consent to sexual activity, intimate images, future contact or any other activity.

7. Prohibited conduct

You must follow the Community Guidelines and Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited conduct includes harassment, threats, stalking, doxxing, fraud, impersonation, malware, discrimination, sexual exploitation of minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, trafficking, and using LOVELIQ to arrange or facilitate unlawful transactions or services.

8. Moderation and enforcement

Xorvaniq Solutions may investigate reports and may restrict features, remove content, suspend accounts, preserve relevant records, or terminate access where reasonably necessary for safety, security, policy enforcement or legal compliance.

9. Privacy

Use of LOVELIQ is subject to the Privacy Policy. Dating profiles and relationship/sexual-orientation-related information can be highly sensitive in context. The production version must use safeguards and consent/visibility controls appropriate to the information actually collected.

10. No emergency service

LOVELIQ is not an emergency, law-enforcement, medical or crisis-response service. If there is immediate danger, use appropriate local emergency resources.

11. Liability and availability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer or other law.

12. Paid subscriptions

Optional paid plans renew according to the billing interval shown at checkout until cancelled. Applicable taxes are calculated during Stripe checkout. Deleting a LOVELIQ account does not itself cancel the Stripe subscription. Until self-service subscription management is enabled, contact billing@xorvaniq.ca to change or cancel a paid plan.

13. Governing law

Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, these terms are intended to be governed by Ontario law and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario.
