Do not probe, scan, exploit, bypass authentication, evade rate limits, access another user's data, distribute malware or interfere with LOVELIQ or upstream infrastructure.
2. Automation and scraping
No mass account creation, scraping of dating profiles, harvesting personal information, unauthorized bots, engagement manipulation or automated messaging that creates spam or excessive load.
3. Spam and promotions
No unsolicited bulk messaging, deceptive promotions, phishing or marketing that violates applicable consent and identification requirements.
4. Location and privacy abuse
Do not use LOVELIQ to track, identify, expose or infer another user's private address or exact location without authorization. Do not publish private contact details to intimidate or facilitate harassment.
5. Illegal and harmful activity
Do not use LOVELIQ to facilitate unlawful violence, exploitation, trafficking, fraud, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual abuse of minors or other unlawful activity.
6. Resource misuse
The dating app may not be used as a bulk file host, proxy, scanner, compute platform, spam relay or automated data collection service.
7. Enforcement
Xorvaniq Solutions may throttle, block, restrict, suspend or terminate activity that violates this policy or materially threatens users, systems or service providers.
